Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment time. In the event of a late arrival we will only be able to offer the remaining treatment time. This will still be charged at full price.

 

A 20% deposit will be taken upon booking, this can be refunded for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time.

 

Any cancellations or appointment movements made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment booking. Any cancellations or appointment movements made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge, and a 'no show' appointment will also result in a 100% charge of the treatment booking.
